Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced insurance sales professional to join our team. As a direct insurance producer, you will be responsible for selling supplemental insurance products and services to small and medium-sized businesses in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell supplemental insurance products and services to business owners and decision-makers
- Bld relationships with local business owners in your territory
- Meet with sales team manager to discuss and set monthly and quarterly target sales goals and quotas
- Respond to general emails and phone calls from clients
- Set follow-up appointments with prospective and current clients to review their needs
- Be present on scheduled calls or meetings with your sales team or manager
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, especially in outside sales
- Able to conduct comprehensive training cycles, both in-person and online
- Superior organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Possession of a Health & Life general lines license (or willingness to obtain it within 90 days)
