About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Desktop Support Technician. As a Desktop Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to employees and ensuring that all computer systems and peripherals are functioning properly.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting and maintaining user workstations, printers, wireless client devices, laptops, docking stations, monitors, and other IT peripherals.
- Providing support for the company's phone system and print devices.
- Managing and maintaining all end-user workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices for all company locations and remote sales employees.
- Maintaining a current hardware and software inventory for all systems.
You will also be responsible for performing periodic maintenance to ensure that systems are up to date and functioning optimally. Additionally, you will need to achieve timely resolution of all issues, assist with training of users on systems and processes, and support continuous improvement by researching new technologies and techniques to improve business processes and efficiency.
