**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Lineman to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for supervising and directing the installation, maintenance, and repair of overhead and underground electrical distribution and transmission systems.
**Responsibilities:**
- Erect and install poles and attach necessary fixtures and equipment
- String, sag, and splice conductors (wires) and connect transformers and other equipment
- Trim trees and replace faulty equipment such as broken insulators, split crossarms, cutouts, ties, clamps, or braces
- Perform routine patrols to identify and repair issues on the electrical system
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical line work
- Proven leadership and supervision skills
- Familiarity with electrical instruments and hydraulic equipment
