Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced Manufacturing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our production planning, materials management, logistics operations, and personnel management.
Main Responsibilities
- Production Planning: Develop and implement effective production plans to meet business objectives and ensure efficient capacity utilization.
- Materials Management: Design and implement a robust materials supply framework to guarantee uninterrupted production flow and proactively manage relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Logistics Operations: Enforce stringent safety protocols within all warehouse and logistics operations and strategically manage the flow of materials to production lines and control logistics costs through innovative supply chain solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in a manufacturing management role, with a proven track record in a related industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and working with stakeholders at all levels.
