Job Responsibilities: As an assembly production worker, your primary responsibility will be to operate equipment as needed to complete assembly tasks efficiently. You will also be responsible for inspecting assembled products for defects or inconsistencies, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and accurately completing production documentation.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent, be able to stand full shift and lift up to 40 lbs, and have strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are also essential.
