Nurse Residency Program Overview
The Nurse Residency program at Andalusia Health offers a comprehensive and structured approach to new nurses, focusing on patient-centered care and evidence-based practice. Key Responsibilities:
- Develops nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.

Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program.
- Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.
