Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Multifaceted Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs in a multifamily residential community
- Operate a vehicle or electrical cart, requiring a valid driver's license
- Be available for regular on-call work assignments/emergency calls, including scheduled off-hours and emergency overtime as required
Requirements:
- Able to arrive at the property within 60 minutes for on-call service requests
- Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies as needed
