In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care. As an LPN, you will assess patients' needs, administer medications, and perform routine lab tests. You will also educate patients and their families about recommended disease treatment plans and identify safety hazards and emergency situations to keep residents safe.
What We're Looking For:
- A BLS Provider certification within one month of hire date
- A Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse certification prior to hire date
- A high school diploma or GED
