Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares patients for visits by completing advanced standard room processes, including entering chief complaints, taking vital signs, reviewing patient history and allergies, and completing medication reconciliations.
- Assists with in-office testing, such as drawing blood, conducting mental status exams, performing EKGs, and administering point-of-care testing.
- Administers vaccines and other injections within the scope of practice.
- Schedules follow-up appointments as needed and collaborates with providers and clinical teams to monitor and coordinate care delivery.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Practical Nursing
- Active LPN licensure
