Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Junior Manager with a strong background in pharmaceutical packaging equipment to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing sales of modification and format parts in designated territories, as well as managing and generating sales activity for large key accounts and small to mid-size customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales of modification and format parts in designated territories.
- Manage and generate sales activity for large key accounts and small to mid-size customers.
- Sell and promote formats, modifications, and SLA contracts.
- Execute the complete sales cycle from initial contact onwards.
- Create and maintain strong working customer relations.
- Maintain and manage customer data base and reports in CRM.
- After sales forecast planning.
- Drive growing sales in expanding market.
Requirements:
- Strong commercial experience and results-driven work ethic.
- Team player with strong customer relationship skills.
- 5 years' broad experience and knowledge of pharmaceutical packaging equipment and processes.
- Understanding of business implications of decisions and market competition.
- Adaptability, collaboration, teamwork, customer service, excellent verbal and written communication skills, original thinking, creativity, curiosity, open-mindedness, and problem-solving ability.
- Software proficiency in Microsoft O365 including Excel, Word, OneDrive, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
