About the Department
The Department of Radiation Oncology at UH-SCC/CWRU consists of 20 physicians, 20 physicists, 7 physician residents, 4 physics residents, 15 dosimetrists, and 40 therapists spread over nine facilities. System-wide we treat over 3,000 patients per year, and approximately 300 patients per day.
Qualifications
- Masters degree required
- 0-3 years of experience
- ABR Board eligible; Part I required
- Demonstrate effective organization, written, and oral communication skills
- Experience with one or two specialty treatments such as MR-linac, proton therapy, brachytherapy, or Gamma Knife preferred but not required
- Interest in research and teaching is preferred but not required
