**Job Overview:**
We are looking for a dedicated Process Excellence Manager to lead our quality management efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality control laboratory is properly managed and that quality technicians are developed and managed effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of root cause analysis and a proven ability to develop and implement effective corrective actions for quality issues. They will work closely with our plant management team to address and solve quality issues as needed.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Performing root cause analysis on identified issues;
- Presenting findings from the analysis to the plant management team;
- Eliciting support and resources from the plant management team to find solutions;
- Measuring performance of corrective actions by tracking the appropriate data for a minimum of three months to gauge sustainability.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering Field or Quality Management and 5 years of experience in a high volume fast-paced manufacturing environment.
