**Job Description:**
This role is responsible for overseeing the implementation of process improvements and innovations in a manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology improvement and innovation, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Oversee the daily maintenance and improvement of processes in the workshop
- Investigate and resolve on-site abnormalities
- Assist supervisors in training new employees
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Process inspection: Supervise the flow, method, and system implementation of each production process
- Abnormality troubleshooting: Analyze and solve problems affecting assessment indicators
- Training: Train SOP, TECN, new product documentation, optimization process methods, and others
- Implementation effect: Implement on-site improvement measures and verify their effects
- MES Setting: Participate in, coordinate, and solve system setup and inspection in production
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree or above in materials, physics, optical information, semiconductors, etc.
- Intermediate engineer or above; relevant certificates are preferred
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred
**Working Conditions:**
- Able to work extended hours as needed
- Continuous exposure to extreme heat, cold, and noise
- Must wear protective equipment while at the location
