We are looking for a skilled nurse to fill a travel nursing position in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in critical care nursing principles and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple patients simultaneously.
Job Description:
- This is a travel nursing position that requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a PCU setting.
- Candidates must have a strong understanding of critical care nursing principles, with the ability to assess patients' physical and emotional needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Responsibilities include educating patients and their families on health management strategies and collaborating with the healthcare team to promote a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- BLS and ACLS certifications are required, as well as EMR experience with Epic.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a PCU setting is preferred, but first-time travelers are also accepted.
