About the Role:
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation unit, you will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, help them achieve their goals, and provide support throughout their recovery journey.
Responsibilities: Your primary responsibilities will include evaluating patients' conditions, creating effective treatment plans, instructing nursing staff and patients' families on follow-through programs, documenting patient care, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must hold a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, possess current and unrestricted Physical Therapy licensure in the state where services are rendered, and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
