Job Description:
Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of physical therapy needs, including orthopedic and neurological conditions.
Duties include:
- Evaluating patient condition and developing treatment plans
- Communicating patient progress to supervisors and team members
- Documenting patient care according to regulatory requirements
- Instructing patient families or nursing staff on follow-through programs
- Maintaining equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
