**About the Role:**
The Mechanical Reliability Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the reliable operation of our plant assets. This individual will work closely with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to identify and implement improvements to equipment performance and overall reliability.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support the development and implementation of long-term capital and major maintenance strategies.
- Lead monthly reliability review meetings to discuss ongoing projects and provide recommendations for future initiatives.
- Analyze and interpret equipment performance data to inform maintenance and repair decisions.
- Collaborate with site pressure vessel, rotating equipment, and IEC engineers to review and revise Risk-Based Inspection assessments.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment reliability within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in asset integrity and root cause failure analysis with investigation facilitation using Apollo RCFA tools.
- Solid understanding of equipment criticality evaluation, equipment strategies, and maintenance practices.
