Job Description
">As a Land Surveyor Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating with field crew staff and technical draftsman to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also supervise the preparation of topographic and boundary surveys, records of surveys, GPS surveys, subdivision mapping, condo maps, airspace plans, ALTA surveys, construction staking, form checks, and leveling.

">- Coordinate with field crew staff and technical draftsman
- Supervise the preparation of various types of surveys and mapping documents
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and architects to ensure projects meet client needs
- Prepare proposals for new work and monitor overall project budgets and schedules
Requirements
">- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 5 years of experience in land surveying or civil engineering
- Extensive knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and project management skills
