Key Responsibilities
- Mentor, monitor, and model Career Success Standards as required by policy.
- Provide high-quality supervision and management for the student population.
- Identify problems, analyze causes, and evaluate solutions prior to taking or recommending actions.
- Work in partnership with staff from all Departments to ensure effective supervision and services are provided to students.
Requirements
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with advanced degrees preferred. Previous experience in Job Corps or related programs is an asset. A valid in-State Driver's License is necessary, and the ability to lift 40 pounds is required.
