As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, your key performance indicators will include:
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Meeting sales targets and exceeding revenue goals through strategic marketing and business development efforts.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards through accurate record-keeping and adherence to established procedures.

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Process and review mail using established procedures and protocols.
• Respond to daily telephone calls and requests for various services, including ID cards, binders, BOR, cancellations, and reinstatements.
• Request policy amendments as needed.
• Develop and implement new business and policy renewal marketing strategies, including preparing applications, ratings, and forwarding to designated companies for correct placement and coverages.
• Prepare new business or renewal proposals as required.
• Communicate quotes to customers regarding policies, costs, consequences, and obligations.
• Maintain accurate records of client activity, documenting files with details for follow-up.
• Review monthly renewal lists, making necessary changes to coverages and following up with companies for any policies not received by the renewal date.
• Process invoices to clients.
• Collaborate with the Accounting Department regarding insureds' billing and account current status.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a related field is preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate agent licensing within 90 days of employment.
• Strong multitasking and self-motivation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer relationship skills.
