Sales Focus
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and selling new and used school buses within their assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Market new and used bus sales to school districts, contractor bus companies, churches, and other organizations.
- Meet with customers to discuss features and benefits of our products and capabilities in parts, sales, service, and leasing.
- Coordinate schedules and routes to meet call rates for territories, traveling daily within territories in company vehicles or show units.
- Support the sale of service/maintenance agreements and parts/service promotions to customers.
- Perform follow-up calls at customer locations on all bus sales and address customer issues and resolve problems effectively and satisfactorily.
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: One year related experience.
- Certifications/Licenses: CDL preferred.
- Skills:
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with customers and understand their needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
