The Branch Manager Assistant is responsible for providing support to the Branch Manager in managing the branch's day-to-day operations. This includes supervising staff, maintaining operational efficiency, and promoting excellent customer service.

- Reviews and approves requests, including large check cashing, bank checks, and general ledger tickets
- Handles customer issues in person or over the phone
