Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business processes and requirements related to Maximo Scheduler, Maximo Mobile, or Field Services Management applications.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Document and analyze existing business processes, identifying areas for optimization and alignment with Maximo capabilities.
- Understand customer business processes and requirements to meet their needs.
- Provide oversight and support during Maximo upgrade projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop functional specifications, user stories, and use cases for Maximo Field Service implementations.
- Provide functional expertise in Maximo Field Service Management (FSM) to optimize service operations.
- Develop and execute test cases to validate system functionality, integrations, and business processes.
- Analyze existing workflows and processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend optimizations or enhancements within Maximo.
