Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee ground-up multifamily projects, including supervising on-site day-to-day work.
- Prepare project plans, sequence, and schedule with collaboration from field personnel.
- Maintain project documents, including progress reports, schedule updates, change orders, time & material logs.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and any technical problems or solutions.
