We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner Intern to support our day-to-day human resources function. As an HRBP, you will apply HR expertise to assigned client groups, driving business results and fostering positive working relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and talent acquisition
- Performance management and employee relations
- Payscale administration using WorkDay Timekeeper System
- Compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support for all safety policies and procedures
- Implementation of various HR programs
- Foster employee engagement through tools and activities
- Data tracking and administration for the HR Service Center
- Participation in recruitment efforts and partnerships with temp agencies
- Coordination of temporary employees
- Collaboration with HRBP peers and client groups
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- ~3 years experience in an HR tactical role
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access)
- Bilingual preferred
