Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our hiring process, you will be responsible for identifying and assessing top talent, providing a consultative approach to senior management, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners. You will work closely with our Engineering and Product teams to drive strategic and proactive sourcing strategies.
Salary:
The compensation package includes an hourly rate of $50.00 or $55.00 on a Corp basis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct needs analysis and define recruiting strategy
- Develop networks internally and externally to ensure a strong pipeline of potential candidates
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to assess and identify recruiting priorities
- Drive process and communication to develop position requirements and candidate qualifications aligned to business requirements
- Provide recruiting expertise around the use of social networks, tools, and resources
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a technology recruiting environment
- Prior experience in corporate recruiting and retained/contingency search firms is attractive
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems is highly required
Qualifications:
- Strong client service orientation with a proven track record in executing the full recruiting lifecycle
- Ability to build outstanding relationships across an organization and be viewed as a valued business partner
- Proven business acumen with the ability to navigate organizational complexity
