Key Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse in Women's Services, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality patient care and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Managing nurse schedules and staffing levels to meet the needs of the unit.
- Coordinating patient flow and responding to emergencies.
- Serving as a liaison between nursing staff, physicians, and hospital administration.
- Mentoring and supporting nursing staff to promote a positive work environment.
Requirements
- A current state RN license
- An associates degree from an accredited nursing school
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
- ACLS and PALS certification within six months of hire
- One year of experience preferred
- ASLS certification preferred
