Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a safe and clean dorm environment
- Assisting in the training and evaluation of residential living staff
- Communicating with families of students to resolve problems and ensure their well-being
- Coordinating activities of the dormitory, including entertainment and competitions
- Providing high-quality supervision and management for the student population
- Identifying problems, analyzing causes, and evaluating solutions
- Working in partnership with staff from all Departments to ensure effective supervision and services
- Providing transportation as needed
