Job Overview
The Community Liaison plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between our organization and the community we serve. This position is responsible for fostering relationships, promoting programs, and ensuring that community needs are met through effective communication and collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of community dynamics and have the ability to engage diverse groups while advocating for our mission.
Responsibilities
- The Community Liaison will thoroughly develop contacts, assist in development of a positive image for BeBold in the local community.
- May coordinate with clinical and admissions staff to complete warm B2B hand offs with approved referral partners.
- May conduct or coordinate site tours, host and coordinate special events such as CE events, or coordinate and participate in community health and conferences
- Activities shall include, executing a routing plan approved by the executive director that will include drop bys, scheduled meetings, and group meetings
- Logging all activities in AllevaCRM
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- At least 2 years of experience in outreach or marketing in the healthcare or behavioral health industry.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse groups of individuals and organizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with the Virginia Administrative Code regulations related to marketing and outreach in the behavioral health industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation based on qualifications and years of relevant experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
