What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate position at beBright?
As a key member of the business development team, the Associate will be part of all acquisition activities from signing to closing.
Further, this role will also support pipeline development in line with the Company’s long-term strategy. Acquisitions are a key part of our growth, and this role will have a significant and direct influence on the Company’s success.

THE CONTRIBUTIONS YOU WILL MAKE :
- Manage the day-to-day operations of executing all aspects of a transaction (i.e., preparation of information materials, conducting due diligence, coordination with outside advisors, assisting the team with client matters on a day-to-day basis, etc.).
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to execute transactions in a timely manner
- Lead the ongoing evolution of our growth strategy in close partnership with the Head of Strategy and Acquisitions, identifying new markets, new partnerships and denovo opportunities
- Develop strong, collaborative working relationships with business and functional leaders, providing thought leadership and data-driven analysis to support their decision-making
THE CHARACTERISTICS WHICH WILL MAKE YOU AN IDEAL CANDIDATE :
- 2 years related work experience.
- Prior transaction execution experience in corporate development or transaction advisory
- High emotional quotient (EQ).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work on numerous projects simultaneously.
- Driven to get tasks done promptly with strong attention to detail.
