Position Summary:
We are seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee our east coast markets, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer. This dynamic role involves working closely with our Doctors and Practice Administrators to drive revenue growth, expand the patient base, and identify opportunities for office expansion—all while cultivating a positive company culture.
As a Regional Operations Manager at beBright, you’ll be instrumental in the growth of our dental services across multiple locations, impacting patient care and operational excellence in meaningful ways.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with the Chief Operations Officer to address office needs and ensure success across all locations.
Manage Operations: Oversee staffing schedules, resolve operational issues, and maintain high standards of patient care.
Support & Coach Teams: Assist Practice Administrators and Partner Doctors, providing mentorship to help Practice Administrators grow and develop.
Recruit & Develop Talent: Work with Talent Acquisition to attract top clinical and administrative talent, and oversee ongoing training.
Lead Service Line Integration: Drive the execution of new service lines (Orthodontics, Pediatric Dentistry) across multiple locations.
Manage Budgets & Resources: Collaborate with finance to establish and manage budgets for new service lines, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Optimize Operations: Conduct regular assessments of patient flow, staff performance, and operational efficiency, driving improvements.
Mitigate Risks: Proactively identify operational risks and implement strategies to address them.
Enhance Experience: Use feedback to refine workflows, improve patient care, and elevate the overall experience.
Monitor KPIs: Track office production and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Travel & Flexibility: Travel up to 50% to support multiple sites.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 years of multi-site operational management experience, preferably in dental settings.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Leadership Skills: Strong project management, strategic planning, and team leadership abilities.
- Multi-Site Coordination: Demonstrated ability to manage complex operations across multiple locations.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with dental practices and specialized services such as Orthodontics and Pediatrics, including equipment, workflows, and staffing needs.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clinical staff, administrative teams, and senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous management experience in Orthodontics or Pediatrics is a plus.
