RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Dental/Orthodontic records including Itero Scans and Orthodontic Photographs
- Verifying insurance benefits
- Working closely with the orthodontist to develop treatment plans.
- Discussing financials with parents/patients
- Coordinating appointments
- Providing excellent customer service while having fun with our patients
- Ability to self-manage in an ever changing fast paced environment.
- Being highly motivated to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
