We are seeking an Apprentice Plumber to join our team in Leeds/Odenville, AL. As an Apprentice Plumber, you will work alongside experienced plumbers to learn the trade and gain valuable hands-on experience. Duties:
- Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Perform basic math calculations for measuring and cutting pipes
- Help with the assembly of fixtures, fittings, and valves
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Provide field service support as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Experience:
- Previous experience as a plumber's helper or in a related field is a plus but not required
- Basic knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment is preferred
Skills:
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with team members
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
