Bechtel is seeking for an Application Support Associate, who will be part of the Application Operations team within Corporate Systems Application Operations (CSAS) Group in Glendale, AZ. The Application Operations team is a 24/5 operation.

Job Summary
Bechtel is seeking for an Application Support Associate, who will be part of the Application Operations team within Corporate Systems Application Operations (CSAS) Group in Glendale, AZ. The Application Operations team is a 24/5 operation.
Major Responsibilities
- Batch Job Administration (scheduling, execution, monitoring, and reporting)
- Application Access Administration (setting up new users and resetting passwords)
- Basic User Support
- API calls, file encryption and troubleshooting
- Performing other tasks and duties as assigned
- Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems or a related degree OR in lieu of a degree, two years of information systems experience
- Control-M application experience/knowledge is a plus
- Image Services experience (Aconex, Hyland)
- Knowledge of APIs via coursework or prior work experience
- Exposure to cloud services via coursework or previous experience
- Knowledge of a programming language (Python Scripting & SQL)
- Spanish speaker
- Basic Application experience
- Knowledge and experience with software support, development, maintenance and/or computer operations
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft suite of operating systems and architectures
- Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment
- Assertive in learning new technologies and proactive in proposing, implementing new ideas and processes
- Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
- Windows/UNIX/LINUX OS familiarity
