Job Summary

The HRIS Analyst is an integral member of the HR Systems team. This role is primarily responsible for the global support, configuration, and optimization of HR applications and systems, with emphasis on ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and SAP SuccessFactors. Other supported platforms may include SAP R/3, SAP Fieldglass, and ancillary homegrown applications. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in HRSD workflows, case management, knowledge base, and integration management. This role supports the analysis, documentation, implementation, verification, and troubleshooting of HRSD, SuccessFactors and related HR applications globally.

This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership.

Major Responsibilities

  • Configure, enhance, and maintain HR System modules to support scalable, global HR service delivery—including case management, lifecycle events, knowledge articles, and HR integrations.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for ServiceNow HRSD; partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow HRSD and SAP SuccessFactors upgrades, releases, and enhancements in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, and integrations within HR Systems.
  • Document configuration changes, technical designs, process flows, and system support materials.
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with HR and business stakeholders to define HRSD and SAP SuccessFactors functionality and translate needs into actionable solutions.
  • Perform and/or coordinate unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing for HR Systems.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and business partners to assess system performance, gather feedback, and recommend process optimizations.
  • Assist with root cause analysis and provide support for production issues and data integrity within HRSD and other HR systems.
  • Support API and interface maintenance and enhancement between ServiceNow HRSD and systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and Fieldglass.
  • Conduct data validation, manage data uploads into HR systems, and run audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Stay current on ServiceNow HRSD releases and features, assessing impacts and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education And Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience specifically supporting ServiceNow HRSD or SuccessFactors modules in a production environment.

Required Knowledge And Skills

  • Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow HRSD, including experience with workflows, case management, lifecycle events, integrations, and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of HR systems including SAP SuccessFactors, SAP R/3, and Fieldglass preferred.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of core HR functions such as Benefits, Compensation, Employee Relations, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive solutions to completion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow HRSD Certification or Training (preferred but not required).
  • Accreditation in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Experience with integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and SAP SuccessFactors or other HR platforms.
