Job Description
The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is seeking an experienced Data Scientist with expertise on Azure Services, to help deploy AI / ML and data analytics technologies to the workforce.
The successful candidate will :

- Develop the business case for selected services, workflows and data pipelines
- Lead pilots, evaluate risks, and recommend training and governance for use cases
- Develop custom AI / ML applications and provide instruction on self-service application development
- Deploy, monitor and communicate return on investment
- Work across organizations to gather requirements and optimize service offerings for quality, security, and value
- Stay informed of developments in AI in order to consult on new opportunities
Required Combination of Knowledge and Skill
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a science related field and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a science related field and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Pay Range
103,100.00 - $161,100.00 annually
Salary information provided is a general guideline only. Annual salary is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
