Job Summary :

This role assists in the analysis impacts of system enhancements as they relate to different craft professional populations i.e. Union, Non-union, Craft Professionals in South America, North America, etc.  This position supports Workforce Services activities related to Craft Applicant Tracking Systems and Craft Human Resources Information Systems.  The role will assist in Saas system configuration, enhancements, supporting end to end testing, user training, and other activities related to craft employment information systems. #LI-HB1 #LI-Hybrid

This position is designated as part-time telework (hybrid) per our global telework policy and may require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership”

Major Responsibilities :

Education and Experience Requirements :

Bachelor Level Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations or a similar field, plus 1-2 years minimum of related work experience, or 4-6 years of demonstrated and related experience in lieu of degree.
