Job Introduction:

Beck /Sloan Properties is seeking an Accounting Specialist.

We are seeking a hands-on person to assist in handling the day-to-day operations of the organizations accounting systems.  Accounting experience is required.

The selected candidate must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel as well as QuickBooks. Job Description
Maintain system / data entry for all financial transactions and accounts and maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.

Responsibilities
Maintain system / data entry for all financial transactions and accounts
Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
Maintain and balance the general ledger
Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
Produce reports for financial results and trends to management as needed
Perform General Office procedures
Assist management and staff as needed
Requirements
Accounting experience is required
QuickBooks experience is preferred but not required
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and be very proficient in Exce

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
