Plumbing Service Technician

Plumbing Service Technician
- Primarily residential service plumbing, some new piping and installation, residential water and sewer pipe replacement.
- Under the guidance of our dispatch department, work closely with our in-house tech support and other resources to provide a consistently high level of customer service and professionalism.
- Some new water and sewer piping and installation
- Fixture repair and placement
- Plumbing appliance repair and replacement including all types of water heaters
- Be responsible for code compliance and excellent workmanship
- Always provide the highest level of customer service
- Must have experience with troubleshooting and problem solving
- Must be able to work independently and as a team member
- Use a tablet and provided software to create estimate and invoices (training and support continuously provided)
- Teaching other team members
- Learning new skills every day enthusiastically
- Participation in team meetings and trainings
- Applicable plumbing licenses/certifications, not required, but a plus
- 3 Years of Experience
- Valid Driver's License (required)
- Pass a background check screening (required)
- Excellent pay
