Schedule availability: Monday -Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm any 4 days per week
Stroudsburg, Cresco and Effort Area
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication reminders.
- Monitor and document client health and wellbeing, reporting any changes to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide transportation assistance for clients to attend appointments
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring all areas are tidy and organized.
- Foster positive relationships with clients through compassionate communication and support.
Qualifications
- Experience in long term care or senior care settings is preferred.
- Strong patient monitoring and observation skills to ensure client safety.
- Compassionate nature with excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and families.
- Reliable transportation for client visits within the service area.
- Understanding of assisted living environments is a plus.
