What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and serve ice cream following standard recipes and procedures
- Maintain quality standards by ensuring food is fresh and properly handled
- Keep the ice cream area clean, sanitary, and safe
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers
- Monitor and dispose of any expired or defective ingredients
- Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:
- Stand for the duration of your shift
- Frequently reach, bend, lift, shake, stir, pour, carry, and push
- Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Move freely throughout all areas of the store, including stock and register areas
- Operate all necessary equipment
