What You’ll Do:
As a Kitchen Associate, your role will be essential in delivering fresh and delicious food offerings. You’ll be responsible for:
- Preparing all food offerings following standard recipes and procedures
- Maintaining prep areas in a clean, sanitary, and safe manner
- Detecting and ensuring disposal of spoiled or unattractive food, defective supplies/equipment, etc.
- Ensuring menu items are prepared in sufficient quantities to satisfy demand
- Promoting food service and special sales to customers
- Engaging with the store team and customers to provide excellent service
- Maintaining personal health and sanitation standards
- Cross-training on front-store operations for a well-rounded skill set

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for the duration of your shift in a fast-paced environment
- Frequently reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, carrying, and pushing
