What You’ll Do:
As a Kitchen Lead, your role will be essential in maintaining food quality and coaching the kitchen team. You’ll be responsible for:
- Training and coaching kitchen staff to follow proper food preparation, storage, and safety procedures
- Ensuring all menu items are prepared to Beck’s quality standards
- Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe kitchen environment
- Overseeing inventory levels and communicating supply needs
- Monitoring food waste and implementing procedures to reduce loss
- Engaging with team members to promote a positive and efficient work environment
- Assisting with scheduling and shift coverage as needed
- Communicating effectively with the Kitchen Manager about kitchen operations, challenges, and opportunities
- Cross-training in front store operations to support overall team success

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for the duration of your shift in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to freely access all areas of the store, including stock and register areas
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
