The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent for our organization, focusing on strategically identifying candidates who align with our company's long term goals by utilizing various channels like job boards, social media and networking to find the best fit for the role; they will actively participate in developing and executing recruitment strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.
Key responsibilities include:
- Candidate sourcing: Proactively searching for potential candidates through online job boards, professional networks (LInkedIn), employee referrals and other recruitment channels.
- Job posting development: Crafting compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect the role requirements and attract qualified candidates.
- Screening and pre-interviewing: Reviewing resumes and applications, conducting initial phone screens to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
- Interviewing: Conducting in-person or virtual interviews with shortlisted candidates, asking relevant questions to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Candidate assessment: Utilize various assessment tools like skills tests, reference checks, and background verifications.
- Hiring recommendations: Present qualified candidates to hiring managers, providing insights, and recommendations on the best fit for the role.
- On boarding support: Collaborate with HR to facilitate a smooth on boarding process for new hires.
- Market analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor landscape, and salary benchmarks to inform recruitment strategies.
- Employer branding: contributing to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strategic thinking and problem skills and proficient computer skills.
