Key Responsibilities
- Acknowledge and accept case assignments promptly
- Adhere strictly to the requirements of each assignment as per the Coordinator’s instructions
- Conduct video surveillance on designated individuals, applying established investigative techniques to capture covert footage
- Perform a variety of investigations, including obtaining recorded statements, inspecting scenes, conducting activity checks, and gathering documents as required
- Maintain detailed written notes for each case assignment
- Submit all captured video footage, photographs, digital recordings, and time sheets via email to the Coordinator by the next business day
- Ensure adherence to established deadlines, submitting daily time sheets without fail
- Maintain consistent communication with the Investigations Coordinator
- Strong writing and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in utilizing investigative tools (Laptop, Video Cameras, Digital Recorder, etc.)
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple assignments efficiently
- Dependability and a solid track record of meeting deadlines
- Self-motivated individual capable of working with limited supervision
- Valid State Driver’s License is mandatory
- Current Private Investigator License is required
- Possession of licenses across multiple states is advantageous
- Must demonstrate dependability and a commitment to meeting deadlines
- Capability to utilize necessary investigative tools effectively
