This role is perfect for candidates with a background or education in electrical troubleshooting who are eager to learn and grow in the boiler service industry. Prior experience with boilers is not required—comprehensive on-the-job training and vendor trainings will be provided to the right candidate.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in the electrical troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of commercial and industrial boiler systems.
- Work alongside experienced technicians to gain hands-on experience and learn the trade.
- Participate in vendor-provided and online training programs to expand your skill set and earn industry certifications.
- Conduct basic diagnostics, wiring, and electrical component replacements under supervision.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently, following industry standards and company guidelines.
Details of the Role:
- Location: Based at our facility in Milwaukee, WI, with work primarily in the Greater Milwaukee area.
- Schedule: Primarily Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. start, typically returning to the shop between 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. with some afterhours service work required.
- Compensation: $25 - $50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

- Educational background or hands-on experience in electrical troubleshooting.
