Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Associate, you will: Assist in running all Store Operations, Provide professional, helpful and enthusiastic customer service, process orders, handle finance transactions, process cash, check and credit card transactions, proof and confirm accuracy on customer sales orders, complete reports, verify inventory, complete exchanges/returns, communicate with customers regarding order status, troubleshoot and research customer orders, use basic problem solving and customer service skills in dealing directly with customers to resolve issues, and balance/tie out cash drawers. In addition, CSA's will answer incoming phone calls for the company and store and assess caller's needs to complete requests or direct callers to specific departments/individuals.
*Must be available, willing, and able to work a combination of day, evening, weekends and holiday hours.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Candidates for customer support associate must be customer service orientated, upbeat, enjoy interacting with people, and dedicated to delivering quality customer service.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and courtesy in person and on the phone.
- Some experience with answering phones helpful, but not required.
- Proficiency with a PC and knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) and office equipment. (copy machine/fax/scanner)
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and able to handle detail-oriented work.
- Ability to work well individually and with a group.
- Willingness to take on additional tasks and to take initiative when needed.
- Positive, professional and upbeat attitude.
- Excitement for owning store operations and assisting the store to succeed.
