This is a permanent / staff, part-time position. Not a contract. Schedule : Part-time, 3x8s. MUST be available Monday, Thursday, and Friday. No nights, weekends, holidays, or on-callFamily-oriented, great teamwork, very specialized, work / life balanceEducation / Licensure / Certification Requirements : 1. American Registry of Radiology Technicians (ARRT) certification2. Minimum of one-year fluoroscopy experience3. BLS certificationPreferred : 1. ASC experience2. American Registry of Radiology Technicians (ARRT) certification3. Ability to work in other areas of the centerMain FunctionOperates imaging equipment and performs diagnostic X-rays (if applicable) on patients as ordered by the physician and under the physician's guidance. Assists in preparing the operating / procedure rooms, as needed. Documents duration of radiation, tests equipment weekly, examines protective X-ray aprons for integrity and documents the results of tests / examinations. Maintains all necessary documentation, logs, equipment reports, etc. related to the radiology services offered at the center.
