Cath Lab Technologist Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team at Becker Health/MedHQ. As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with cardiac catheterization procedures and providing exceptional patient care.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced cath lab environment and be able to perform a variety of technical tasks, including preparing patients for procedures, operating equipment such as shockwave and laser machines, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with our experienced team to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with cardiac catheterization procedures, including preparing patients and operating equipment
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical technology and techniques
Requirements:
- Degree in Allied Health Professional or related field
- Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist
- At least 1 year of experience in a cath lab environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including days and evenings
