Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ICU RN to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Monitor patient vital signs and lab results, and make adjustments to care plans as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care activities
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Kansas
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
